Peanut Butter Candy
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
sugars, powdered
nuts, walnuts, english
butter, without salt
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, nuts and butter in a medium mixing bowl.
Mixing well, shape into 1/2-inch balls and roll in coconut.
Chill.
