Atkins Chocolate Slushies Recipe

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
syrups, sugar free
water, bottled, generic
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
vanilla extract

Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine cream, syrup, water, and cocoa pwdr.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour mix into two ice cube trays.
Freeze 2 hrs.
Before serving transfer cubes in 2 batches to a food processor (or possibly chop by hand) and process till mix is finely minced and slushy.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
