Brn Sgr Peppercorn and Herb Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
sugars, brown
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
corn, sweet, white, raw
spices, oregano, dried
spices, garlic powder
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, marjoram, dried

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix the dry rub ingredients togeather with a fork in a bowl untill well combined.
Wash the chicken thighs with cold water and pat dry.
Place the chicken in a zip-lock bag with the dry rub mixture and shake well to evenly coat the chicken.
Sear the chicken on medium high heat until well browned on the outside.
Bake the chicken for 15 minutes on 350F.
Depending on the thickness of the chicken.
Eat over rice, pasta, or by itself.
adjust quantities to taste.
