Family Friendly Ww Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
catsup
sauce, worcestershire
vinegar, cider
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, brown
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
In a small saucepan combine all ingredients and, over high heat, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring frequently, until flavors are well blended, 5 to 10 minutes.
