Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
vanilla extract
oil, canola
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the flours, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the vanilla, oil, and coconut milk.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until JUST incoporated.
If batter is too thick, add a little more milk to thin it out.
Pour batter onto a greased griddle or pan and cook until lightly browned on each side (about 3-4 minutes).
