Dad's Steak Marinade/Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
catsup
water, bottled, generic
vinegar, distilled
sugars, granulated
salt, table
spices, chili powder
spices, garlic powder
sauce, worcestershire
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Use this to marinade brisket, steak, chicken, or other meats.
Can be used with a large pork butt or shoulder in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours, shredded with forks, and served on rolls with coleslaw on top.
