Double Chocolate Chip Frappe

Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
water, bottled, generic
vanilla extract

Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Top off with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup (optional).
