Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
egg substitute, powder
egg substitute, powder
sugars, powdered
salt, table
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oil, olive, salad or cooking
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lemon juice, raw

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients.
Gradually blend in wet ingredients until combined.
Bake in little lemon shaped molds at 350 for 20 min until set.
Let cool.
