The Perfect Greek Salad
Ingredients:
lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
cherries, sweet, raw
fresh red onions,
pickles, cucumber, sour
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
cheese, feta
oil, olive, salad or cooking
lemon juice, raw
spices, oregano, dried
salt, table
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, make the lemon vinaigrette by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.
Add more black pepper to taste.
