Tomato and Vodka Appetizer
Ingredients:
cherries, sweet, raw
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
salt, table
Directions:
Blanch the tomatoes and cool in water.
Peel.
Arrange tomatoes in a bowl with a toothpick in each.
Dip tomatoes in the vodka and then in a tiny bit of Kosher salt.
