Yellow break pea casserole

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ghee or butter
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, beaten
1 carrot, grated
2.5cm/1within piece of new root ginger, grated
1 refreshing green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon tomato purée
250g/9oz yellow crack peas, wet within just water for 2 several hours, rinsed and weary

225g/8oz pumpkin, cubed
