Rosemary Crackers
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Heat your oven to 375 F.
Mix the dry ingredients together (flour through pepper) in a medium sized bowl and then add the oil and water.
You want the dough to be crumbly and slightly sticky.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surfacethe thinner the better so you have a nice crispy cracker.
You can use a cookie cutter or just cut the crackers into circles with a small vitamin bottle lid like I did.
You can opt to sprinkle more salt and pepper on top of the crackers if you like.
I used the brand called Real Salt for mine because its natural and has a lot of benefits that regular salt just doesnt have.
Place the crackers on a foiled baking sheet and put them in the oven.
In 10-15 minutes your crackers should be slightly golden and ready to come out of the oven.
Enjoy!
