Spiced chicken casserole
Ingredients:
4 chicken quantities, skinned
2 tablespoons simple flour
1 teaspoon paprika
25g/1oz butter
1 teaspoon curry powder
300g/11oz canned condensed mushroom soup
2 teaspoons chopped gherkins salt and recently floor
black pepper
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Fuel mark 4.
Then, throw the chicken quantities inside of the flour, year with a very little salt and pepper and dirt with the paprika.
Then, soften the butter inside a flameproof casserole dish, and brown the chicken upon all facets. Remove against the pan and preset apart. Drain off any additional weight.
Finally, sprinkle the curry powder into the casserole dish and insert the soup. Convey to the boil, stirring. Incorporate the chicken and gherkins, go over and cook inside of the oven for 11â„2â€"2 hrs right until the chicken is cooked. Provide sizzling.
