"Ekmek" Turkish Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
salt, table

Directions:
Place 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. water in a coverable bowl; stir well.
Cover and let sit at room temperature overnight.
The next day, add in 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. water to the bowl.
Cover and let sit at room temperature overnight.
On the third day, add in 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. water to the bowl.
Cover and let sit at room temperature overnight.
