Guinea bird stew

225g/8oz contemporary purple chillies, seeded and chopped
900g/2Ib tomatoes
225g/8oz tomato purée
2 garlic cloves
2 onions, sliced
Directions:
First, inside a substantial frying pan, warm 50 % of the oil and brown the guinea bird areas, inside batches if demanded, with the thyme and curry powder. Remove to a plate and maintain sizzling.
