Italian Sausage Sweet #2
Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
salt, table
spices, fennel seed
spices, pepper, black
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Put everything except minced meat into a big bowl.
Stir to mix evenly.
Put in minced meat and mix well.
Shape into patties or stuff into casing.
Freeze if you want to.
