Ingredients:
beets, raw
vinegar, distilled
sugars, granulated
salt, table
horseradish, prepared
Directions:
Grate the beets and drain.
Mix with vinegar, sugar, salt, and the horseradish.
Sample as you go along for sweetness, and to see if it is strong enough.
