Green Bean and Feta Saute With Lemon
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
beans, snap, green, raw
onions, raw
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
artichokes, (globe or french), raw
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
water, bottled, generic
lemon juice, raw
cheese, feta
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute first four ingredients for 3 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts, vegetable stock and cornstarch mixture and bring to a simmer until sauce is thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and serve over cooked pasta, rice or orzo.
