Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, powdered
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine the heavy cream, cream of coconut, sugar, rum, and vanilla in a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and mix until soft peaks form.
