Whipped Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Place the cheese in a food processor or blender, I use a magic bullet blender for this.
Blitz until all the curds are broken up and the mixture appears smooth.
Place in a bowl and garnish with black pepper.
Note once made you can add any flavourings you want spices, vegetables prawns etc.
