Sizzling bulgur salad
Ingredients:
100g/4oz bulgur wheat
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons recently squeezed lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped clean flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped clean mint
1 teaspoon chopped refreshing coriander leaves
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
5cm/2in just piece of cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
4 black olives, pitted and halved
Directions:
First, put the bulgur inside a pan. Incorporate 250ml/9fl oz boiling water and sprinkle with the salt. Stir and go away to stand for 20 minutes right until the bulgur contains absorbed all the water.
Then, include the oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper. Throw about a smooth warmth for 1 moment.
Finally, pile the salad on to affected person serving plates, and garnish with the olives prior to serving.
