Beetroot & orange salad
Ingredients:
1 Minor Gem lettuce, leaves divided
2 oranges
2 huge cooked beetroot, diced
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar salt and recently flooring
black pepper
Directions:
First, divide the lettuce leaves flippantly in between 4 low serving plates.
Then, retaining the oranges higher than a bowl, remove all the pith and zest. Lower the flesh into segments. Squeeze any juice versus the membranes into the bowl, then discard them.
Then, pile the beetroot inside of the middle of the lettuce leaves with the orange segments encompassing them.
Finally, incorporate the orange juice to the bowl with the vinegar. Period with salt and pepper. Spoon the dressing more than the beetroot, and provide.
