Baked seafood salad
Ingredients:
1 tiny green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 minimal onion, chopped
225g/8oz celery, chopped
450g/1lb cooked crabmeat
450g/1lb tiny cooked scallops
225g/8oz lower-weight bitter product
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
225g/8oz coarse breadcrumbs
25g/1oz margarine
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Gasoline mark 4.
Finally, combination all the components except if the breadcrumbs and margarine inside a casserole dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs about the best, and dot with the margarine. Bake for 30 minutes, and provide sizzling.
