Ingredients:
butter, without salt
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
salt, table
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Cream butter with an electric mixer at medium speed.
When light and fluffy, beat in the tomato paste, salt and sugar.
Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
