Mango Lassi - Simplest & Quickest
Ingredients:
mango nectar, canned
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, cardamom
Directions:
Mix all in a blender.
Keep in refrigerator to serve cold (otherwise add over ice but that will dilute the taste and not be as flavorful).
Shake before pouring.
