Mango Tango Lassi

Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
mango nectar, canned
mango nectar, canned
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
lemon juice, raw
sugars, brown

Directions:
In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice, and sugar.
Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
Garnish with mint leaves.
TIP: When shopping for mangoes,select fruit that yields slightly to pressure.
If planning to use fresh mangoes, shop ahead so they can ripen if not quite ripe.
