Smoked mackerel pâté

Ingredients:
substances
1 smoked mackerel fillet, skinned
50g/2oz cottage cheese
60ml/21?2 fl oz bitter product
1⁄2 teaspoon dried fennel
1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill juice of 1 lemon
salt and recently floor black pepper
recently grated nutmeg

Directions:
First, purée the mackerel inside of a foodstuff processor or blender.
Then, increase the cottage cheese, bitter product, lemon juice, fennel and dill. Carry on mixing till tender, stirring once in a while.
Then, spoon the blend into a bowl. Period with salt, pepper and nutmeg to style.
Finally, divide the mix in between 4 affected individual pots or dishes, include and chill for 24 several hours.
