Stilton & pear bruschetta

Ingredients:
1 ciabatta loaf or 1⁄2 loaf region-structure wholemeal bread, slash into at minimum
6 thick slices
1 bunch of refreshing watercress
75g/3oz butter, softened
2 lower ripe pears these as Beurre
Bosc or Comice juice of 1⁄2 lemon
200g/7oz Stilton cheese, thinly sliced
recently floor black pepper

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/ 400°F/Gasoline mark 6. Set up the bread slices upon a baking sheet. Toast inside the oven for 10 minutes, turning midway for the duration of the cooking season. Depart to amazing.
