Barbecue Cornish Hens Recipe
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
lemon juice, raw
sauce, worcestershire
parsley, fresh
Directions:
Split Cornish hens in half; remove backbones.
Salt and pepper each side of the chicken.
Place chicken, bone side down, on the medium heat grill.
Cook each side approximately 20 to 25 min.
To prepare the Maitre de Hotel butter, soften 2 Tbsp.
of butter in the microwave.
When soft, add in lemon juice, Worcestershire, and parsley.
Spread on chicken just prior to serving.
