Sausage And Black Eyed Peas Recipe
Ingredients:
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared
Directions:
Chop up some onion and celery and add in.
Cook slow in large pot.
Then add in 2 Tbsp.
sugar, 2 1/2 Tbsp.
chili pwdr, 2 Tbsp.
garlic salt and 1/4 tsp.
black pepper.
Soak 1 lb.
black eyed peas overnight and drain.
Mix with above mix.
Add in 16 oz can tomatoes, 1 1/2 c. warm water.
Cook 1 1/2 hrs.
