Oriental noodle soup
Ingredients:
1.8 litres/3pt beef stock
1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass
2 teaspoons gentle soy sauce
175g/6oz vermicelli, damaged into tiny sections
Directions:
First, carry the stock to the boil with the lemon grass and soy sauce.
Finally, incorporate the vermicelli and simmer for 6 minutes or until finally the noodles are particularly comfortable. Provide very hot.
