Tailgate Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
beans, snap, green, raw
potatoes, raw, skin
cheese, feta
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
capers, canned
radishes, raw

Directions:
Mix well and chill.
Salad: Cook beans till just done (they should be hard and retain their bright green color).
Drain and cold.
Cut potatoes in half or possibly quarters (larger potatoes).
Add in potatoes to boiling salted water and cook till done but still hard.
Drain and put into large bowl.
Add in remaining ingredients to bowl (except radishes) and chill.
Don't toss till potatoes are well chilled.
Cover and refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight.
Pour dressing over salad 2 hrs before serving and toss to coat.
Before serving or possibly transporting, stir in radishes.
