Bread Pudding:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 6 hamburger buns, torn into parts
- 1/2 cup raisins, moist in hot water and drained
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups 50 %-and-50 percent
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon flooring cinnamon
Butter-Rum Sauce:

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup darkish spiced rum
