Cassandras Most Excellent Granola
Ingredients:
syrup, maple, canadian
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
oats
nuts, almonds
nuts, cashew nuts, raw
raisins, seeded
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, brown
Directions:
Mix together the maple syrup, vegetable oil and salt.
Add quick oats, sliced/slivered almonds, cashew pieces, raisins, coconut and brown sugar.
Stir it up and spread on the biggest sheet pan youve got.
Cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before storing.
Serve with a big ol dollop of yogurt.
