seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
oats
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
vital wheat gluten
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Directions:
Put ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker.
Set the breadmaker on "whole wheat" cycle.
