Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cream, sour, cultured
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cheese, cheddar

Directions:
Cream butter and sour cream.
Gradually add flour, then the cheese.
Drop 2 tablespoons into each tin of a greased muffin tin.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 25 minutes until brown.
Makes about 10 biscuits.
