Vegan Brownies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
mix until well blended.
Add wet ingredients.
Blend until all the lumps are out and it's well mixed.
Coat a 9X13 pan lightly with cooking spray and pour your mix in.Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool for ten minutes before serving.
