Spicy Roast Pork
Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
mustard, prepared, yellow
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, pepper, black
mustard, prepared, yellow
sugars, brown
spices, thyme, dried
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw pork roast.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid).
Remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour.
Remove from the oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
