Nan's Batter for Fish
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
sugars, granulated
oil, canola
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix water and oil together.
Add water and oil mixture to dry ingredients.
Coat fish with batter.
