Sugar Browned Potatoes (Danish)
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
In a 10" skillet, mix sugar, butter and salt heat on medium heat until golden brown.
Remove from heat, cool slightly.
Add water, stirring until blended.
Add potatoes, toss to coat and brown.
