Totally incredible Tomato Basil bread

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
spices, basil, dried
cheese, parmesan, hard
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
sugars, granulated
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
wheat flours, bread, unenriched

Directions:
In a large bowl dissolve the yeast in the water.
Then add all of the ingredients and 2 cups of flour, mix well.
Add some more flour to form a stiff dough.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 4 minutes until you get an elastic dough.
Grease a large bowl and place the dough in it and turn it to grease all the dough so it doesnt dry out.
Cover the bowl and place on a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
Punch down dough and knead for about 1 minute.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet in your desired shape and let rise until doubled or an hour.
With a very sharp knife, cut an X in the middle if you made it round.
Bake in an oven at 375F for 35-40 minutes or until brown (dont over cook).
Let chill for a few minutes or use hot.
Perfect for a delicious capresse sandwich.
