Pork With Chinese Flavor Recipe
Ingredients:
egg substitute, powder
oil, olive, salad or cooking
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
celery, raw
onions, raw
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
cornstarch
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, ginger, ground
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions, drain, rinse, drain again.
Heat 1 Tbsp.
oil in large skillet.
Cook pork till well brown stirring often.
Add in celery and onion.
Cook about 2 min add in chicken broth.
Combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce; stir into pork mix.
Cook and stir till mix thickens and boils one minute.
Remove from skillet.
Heat remaining oil in skillet; add in cooked noodles.
Cook over medium heat, lifting with spatula till lightly browned.
Turn noodles into serving dish.
Pour mix over noodles.
