Lucky Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:
catsup
sugars, granulated
vinegar, distilled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
cornstarch
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Mix juice and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients and cornstarch mixture.
Cook over medium to medium high heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
