Meat Crust Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
sauce, worcestershire
spices, pepper, black
bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
onions, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Pack into 9" pie pan to cover the bottom and sides.
Press another pie on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min.
Remove upper pan, bake for 3 min more.
Turn into this warm meat shell.
Two c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 package frzn); 1 c. cut up fresh or possibly cooked tomatoes, liquid removed.
Garnish with green pepper rings (cooked for 5 min).
Return to oven, bake for 20 min.
Makes about 6 servings.
