Simply Amazing Stir Fry

Ingredients:
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
beans, snap, green, raw
broccoli, raw
corn, sweet, white, raw
beans, snap, green, raw
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)

Directions:
Spray a grill pan, george foreman, or nonstick skillet w/olive oil cooking spray.
Put the tofu on, and turn occcasionally until equally browned.
Meanwhile, put 1/4 cup water in another nonstick skillet, add in all vegetables and rice and cover.
Cook until veggies defrost, and most of the water is absorbed.
Stir in rice, add in 1 tbs of soy sauce.
Put on plate, top with grilled tofu, and add remainder of soy sauce.
