Littlemafia's Chili Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
spices, garlic powder
sauce, peppers, hot, chili, mature red, canned
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
vinegar, distilled
water, bottled, generic
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except scallions in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour in individual dipping bowls and garnish with scallions.
