Nutrilicious Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 6 1/2 dozen

Ingredients:
- 1 cup aged-formed rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 major eggs
- 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Next, place the rolled oats in a blender and whirl at very low rate for about 15 seconds. Blend the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, wheat germ, and coconut; fixed apart.
3. Then, in a high blending bowl, cream alongside one another the butter, sugar, and vanilla until finally soft. Overcome in the eggs. Slowly but surely incorporate the dry components to the creamed combination and blend very well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
4. Finally, eliminate the batter via properly-rounded teaspoonfuls on to ungreased baking sheets, spacing properly aside.
