Soften-in-Your-Mouth Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: more than 4 dozen

Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted (sweet) butter, a little softened
- 1/2 cup dim brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 4 ounces white chocolate, slash into little cubes

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 375°F.
