Easy Sweet Potato Paste Only Takes 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
sugars, brown
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
Directions:
Peel the sweet potato, and soak it in plenty of water.
Fill a saucepan with water, and boil the sweet potato until cooked through.
Mash it when softened.
Add the sugar and milk, and stir over a low heat, making sure it doesn't burn.
Mix in some butter to finish and adjust the firmness to your liking.
