Chasu (Glazed Pork Loin)

Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
molasses
catsup
spices, garlic powder
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw

Directions:
Make sauce with soy, sugar, molasses, catsup and garlic.
Cut pork loin into 1 1/2x4-inch strips.
Marinate meat for 2 hours in sauce; store in the refrigerator.
Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 basting often.
Serve with hot mustard on the side.
